Powerful, compact, sturdy, economical and reliable – these are the attributes of the P3-45 sewer cleaning pump from URACA, the renowned Swabian pump manufacturer.

Increasing power requirements from the sewer cleaning companies with virtually unchanged basic conditions were reason enough for the traditional market leader in sewer cleaning pumps to reorder the power scope of sewer cleaning pumps.

Together with its modern and balanced design, which also conveys a visual impression of its high power density, the most striking feature of the 135 kW (180 HP) pump is a 20% increase in power over preceding models. With a flow rate of over 470 litres of water per minute at a pressure of 150 bar (2,180 psi) the pump opens up a lions share of requirements in the sewer cleaning market.

Of particular advantage to the user are the technical features of the machine, which has been developed in line with state-of-the-art design criteria: e.g. individually replaceable stuffing boxes, particularly robust mushroom valves with elastomer seal as well as the integrated crosshead sealing. Sealing sleeves that have been pre-tensed with springs provide for a defined – and thus faultless - initial tension, making for long and optimized maintenance intervals.

The new integral pressure feed lubrication offers additional safety for extremely inclined positions. This option allows to extend the application range of P3-45.

Thanks to the suitable constructive moulding of the parts touched by liquid the pump is suitable for operating with recycled water: An additional contribution to the protection of our environment.
