There is hardly any undesired surface material that can withstand the power of 2,800 bar (40,000 psi) of high pressure water. From construction renovation, coating/rust removal, surface preparation or heat exchanger cleaning, high pressure water makes quick work of the most difficult applications. However, the most critical factors for a high pressure cleaning pump includes operational flexibility, ease of use and most importantly, safety. In all these points the new URACA JetPower 125 sets the highest standards.

In order to ensure the highest flexibility and safety, the heart of the JetPower is supplied with an extraordinarily robust pump, offering an integrated booster pump, that can even handle minimally filtered water. The booster and high pressure pumps are coupled directly to the 125 KW (170 HP) diesel motor. The direct connection of the booster and high pressure pump minimizes weight, systems torsion and swaying while keeping the decibel level to under 77 dBA. A newly designed control/safety valve system provides ease of control. The innovative construction combines the normal safety, switching, and user valve into one easy to use control valve.
Extremely Flexible
Almost any tool from
- Spray guns,
- Spray lances,
- Dump guns or
- Surface cleaners,
can easily be connected to the JetPower´s conveniently located discharge connections. All suction and discharge connections can be accessed from outside. Matching the pump out put to the connected tools is controlled by the JetPower´s control system. All system control and regulating functions are controlled by a menu driven surface touch interface control panel. The menu driven control panel is practically self explanatory making the high pressure system operational and ready for use after a short training period.

The JetPower systems are extremely versatile and allow customers to choose from many options; for example the unit can be offered with a trailer, but without the sound hood. The two piece hood allows access from all sides of the pump. The frame includes a 200 litre integrated fuel tank allowing a full day of continuous duty operation. The unit is light – with a full fuel and water tank the pump unit weighs only 2,400 kg including the trailer! The light weight makes the complete pump system easy to tow by a vehicle rated for this weight. For crane transport, the unit can be supplied with an optional central lifting lug. For applications requiring greater water flow than one unit allows, two units can run in parallel.
The diesel motor has substantial reserve power for operation in various extreme climatic environments. Thus, the JetPower is able to operate in high altitudes and temperatures without any loss of power. The water cooled diesel motor meets strict EU emission standards and is made by reputable brand that offers quality service around the globe.
High pressure with maximum safety
The electronic control automatically adjusts the safety valve release for the desired operational pressure. This means that the pump will not allow an over pressurization of the system. For example, should a set of incorrectly sized nozzles be added to a tool, the system will adjust the pressure to prevent over-pressurization without need of expensive safety disks. All JetPower type pump unit controls are identical making working with varying models easier and safer.
The 125 kW (170 HP) JetPower high pressure system is available in six standard performance ranges. The ranges are tiered from 69 l/pm (18.2 USgpm) at 800 bar (11,600 psi) to 15.5 l/pm (4.1 USgpm) at 2,800 bar (40,600 psi). For cleaning applications that require higher volumes, the JetPower is also available in a performance package offering 180 KW (240 HP).
